Job summary

Rally House in Baton Rouge is seeking a Teammate to deliver a welcoming, energetic shopping experience for guests while completing daily tasks with care and consistency.

In this role you will contribute to sales, merchandising and store operations through teamwork, attention to detail and initiative, representing the Rally House brand with energy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate is at least 16 years old, enjoys sports retail, and can stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bend, reach, and climb ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Rally House values through positive teamwork and engagement with peers.

• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
