Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Teammate – On Field Operations to help deliver exceptional experiences to athletes on the sales floor. You will help keep the store organized, support merchandising, product availability, pricing and signage, and ensure athletes' needs are met with energy and teamwork.

You will greet teammates and athletes, provide accurate product knowledge, follow safety and loss prevention policies, and perform other tasks as assigned to keep the store running smoothly.

As a Teammate – On Field Operations, you will ensure the store is organized, accurate, and ready to meet athlete needs at all times. Job Duties & Responsibilities

Greet everyone (Teammates and Athletes) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience by providing helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc. Promote company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.). Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, as well as to laws and guidelines of external governing entities, including those of the Federal ATF. Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (Teammates & Athletes) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Performs other tasks as assigned.
