Job summary

Kaleidoscope Innovation, Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced Teamcenter Functional Consultant to lead PLM solution design and implementation.

You will partner with business stakeholders, quality and engineering teams, and architects to translate requirements into scalable Teamcenter solutions and ensure adoption and deployment success. The role focuses on AS-IS vs TO-BE processes, fit-gap analysis, and collaboration with integration teams to deliver compliant, robust PLM capabilities

Qualifications

• Analyze AS-IS processes and map TO-BE workflows aligned with Teamcenter.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Teamcenter-based solutions.
• Support Teamcenter implementations: Part, BOM, Compliance, Document, Change, Workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable PLM solutions.
• Lead testing, UAT, defect management and deployment support.
• Create functional specs, process docs, training materials, and user guides.
• Coordinate with SAP/MES/ALM/QMS/integration teams and engineering for MCAD/ECAD data flows.
