Job summary

Infosys Limited is hiring for a Package Consultant 3 role focused on PLM architecture and data model design. You will lead end-to-end PLM solution architecture, integrate PLM with ERP/MES/ALM/CAD, and drive data migrations with a focus on security and performance.

Qualifications

• End-to-end PLM solution architecture for enterprise implementations using Siemens Teamcenter.
• Translate business, engineering, and IT requirements into logical and physical solution designs.
• Experience in PLM-ERP/MES/ALM/CAD integrations and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customisations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customisations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Required Skill and Experience

End-to-end PLM solution architecture for enterprise implementations, with Siemens Teamcenter as the primary platform
Translate business, engineering, and IT requirements into logical and physical solution designs
Own architecture artifacts including system landscapes, integration patterns, data models, and deployment views
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security, and non‑functional requirements
Experience in PLM solution architecture and implementation, with deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter
Experience integrating PLM with ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and other enterprise systems
Understanding of data models, lifecycle management, and engineering processes

Preferred Skill and Experience

Siemens Teamcenter certifications preferred
Experience in industries such as Industrial Manufacturing

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
