AAON seeks a seasoned Business Analyst for Teamcenter and PLM governance in the United States. You will translate complex engineering needs into structured requirements, manage backlog in Azure DevOps, and align solutions with SAP and CAD integrations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
5+ years in business systems analysis or related role.
Experience with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred).
Strong skills in gathering and documenting requirements.
Experience with Azure DevOps and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

Leads and mentors a development team to ensure clear responsibilities and delivery.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and IT to define priorities and outcomes.
Lead workshops for BOM, lifecycle, and product data processes.
Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Govern Teamcenter data including part numbers, classifications, and lifecycle states.

Manage Azure DevOps backlog with epics, features, and user stories.
Drive delivery by aligning requirements in ADO and ensuring test readiness.

Job Description

Teamcenter / PLM serves as the senior functional and delivery partner between engineering, manufacturing, and IT for Teamcenter-related initiatives. This role leads business analysis, intake, backlog governance, and solution alignment for Teamcenter and its connected enterprise processes, with a focus on product data, BOM governance, lifecycle workflows, and integrations with downstream systems such as SAP.

This role is responsible for translating complex business and engineering needs into structured requirements, governing delivery within Azure DevOps (ADO), and supporting Teamcenter as the enterprise system of record for product-related data.

Key Responsibilities

Leads and mentors a development team to ensure clarity of responsibilities, balanced workload distribution, and consistent delivery.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and IT leaders to define priorities and business outcomes for Teamcenter initiatives
Lead workshops and discovery sessions for BOM, lifecycle, and product data processes
Translate complex business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Drive governance of Teamcenter data including part numbers, classifications, and lifecycle states
Lead integration requirements and alignment across Teamcenter, SAP, CAD, and other systems
Manage Azure DevOps backlog including epics, features, user stories, and traceability
Drive delivery execution by ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned in ADO
Support testing, validation, and release readiness for Teamcenter solutions
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for PLM processes
Identify process improvement and modernization opportunities
Defines and monitors key performance indicators to assess product success and guide optimization efforts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related role
Experience working with PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred)
Strong experience gathering and documenting requirements
Experience with Azure DevOps and delivery governance
