Qualifications

• 14+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter PLM implementations.
• Certified in Teamcenter 12 or above.
• Strong development experience in Java, SOAP, REST APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of PLM architectures, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven leadership in multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Teamcenter PLM and AWC solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement Teamcenter workflows, data models, and access controls.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team and end-users.
• Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security, and performance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teamcenter and AWC.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Teamcenter and AWC features and functionalities.
• Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
• Act as a Tech Lead across multiple vendor teams.
• Guide developers and QA engineers through solutioning and deployment.
• Architect scalable, high-performance PLM frameworks tailored to electronics manufacturing needs.
• Lead technical design, coding, and troubleshooting.
• Enable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, SSIS, and Microsoft DevOps.
• Conduct unit testing, performance validation using Selenium, LoadRunner, JMeter.
• Use HP ALM for traceability and test management.
