Job summary

VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. seeks a Teamcenter PLM administrator to manage multi-environment deployments, upgrades, and BMIDE data model changes. You will automate environment setup using Ansible, Pulumi, and IaC, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Teamcenter deployments.

You will also ensure system health, perform RCA on incidents, and collaborate with development teams to optimize delivery workflows in a Linux-based, scalable environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Teamcenter PLM environments across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production.
• Strong installation, configuration, and upgrade skills for Teamcenter (including version 2506).
• Experience with BMIDE deployments, data model updates, and promotions across environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Teamcenter PLM environments across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production.
• Handle installation, configuration, and upgrades for Teamcenter (including version 2506 upgrades).
• Use Teamcenter Deployment Center for automated installs, environment setup, and upgrades.
• Work on BMIDE deployments, data model updates, and promote changes across environments using Deployment center.
• Support core components like Dispatcher, FMS, pool manager, and admin data configurations.
• Monitor system health and ensure high availability and stability.
• Troubleshoot issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Teamcenter deployments.
• Automate environment setup using Ansible, Pulumi, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Work with Docker and container-based setups for Teamcenter components and its integrations.
