Job summary

Infosys Limited in the United States is hiring for Package Consultant 2 to participate in requirements gathering, contribute to solution architecture, and develop features within ERP packages.

You will configure interfaces, perform ETL, assess performance, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and document customizations while delivering user training.

Ideal candidates have ERP system experience, strong collaboration, and hands-on coding skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate or travel to work location.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
