ReqRoute,Inc is seeking a Teamcenter Development Lead to drive advanced Teamcenter implementations onsite in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead cross-functional teams to translate PLM requirements into scalable Teamcenter solutions and guide architectural decisions for performance and maintainability.

The role emphasizes customization, integration, and deployment of Teamcenter extensions, with strong focus on Active Workspace, BMIDE, ITK, and SOA.

Qualifications

10 years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter development and support in large-scale enterprise environments.
Expertise in Teamcenter customization: Active Workspace configuration and extension.
Server customization with Java and BMIDE.
Stylesheet customization for UI/UX enhancements.
SOA and ITK development for integration and automation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather PLM requirements and translate into Teamcenter solutions.
Design and implement customizations in Teamcenter including Active Workspace, server-side customizations, and ITK integrations.
Develop, test, and deploy extensions, plugins, and integrations to enhance Teamcenter functionality.
Participate in architectural discussions and recommend best practices for scalability and performance.
Troubleshoot PLM issues and provide technical support for Teamcenter deployments.
Support deployment, upgrades, migrations, and data integrity for Teamcenter environments.
Document development work and configurations for knowledge sharing.
Participate in Agile teams with sprint planning and iteration delivery.
Stay informed on Teamcenter features and Siemens releases to guide future strategy.
