Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 4+ years in IT and 3+ years in development.
• Experience with front-end and back-end technologies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand use-cases and requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver across the full software stack.
• Assess requirements and select technology stack and deployment approach.
• Create high-level software architecture designs.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and architects.
• Define and implement software test strategy and processes.
• Improve performance and adopt new technologies for efficiency.
• Apply test-driven development, CI, and CD practices.
• Support security practices including encryption and anonymization.
• Create user-friendly and interactive interfaces.
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices on the backend.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and participate in architecture discussions.
