Job summary

Programmers is seeking a lead for Teamcenter data migration in Austin to coordinate migration from Oracle Agile PLM and ensure data integrity. The role focuses on loading data into Teamcenter, validating models, and collaborating with DevOps, DBAs, SMEs, and Agile teams to align mapping and sequencing.

The candidate will drive performance improvements in data loading, participate in dry runs and UAT, and deliver required technical and BRD artifacts. Onsite work in Austin is required.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating non-CAD data into Teamcenter using TCXML.
• Deep knowledge of Teamcenter data model and business objects.

Responsibilities

• Migrate data into Teamcenter using TCXML.
• Load data into Teamcenter from Oracle Agile PLM.
• Coordinate with Agile team, Teamcenter, DBAs, SMEs and integration teams.
• Validate data integrity and quality; perform profiling and referential checks.
• Support dry runs, UAT, and troubleshoot failures.
• Assist in performance optimization of data loading.
• Ensure Teamcenter environment readiness with DevOps.
• Prepare design artifacts and BRD-related materials.

Position: Teamcenter data migration lead

Location: Austin, TX (onsite)

Job Description

• Strong experience with migrating non-CAD data into Teamcenter using TCXML utility
• Strong experience with Teamcenter data model and business objects, part, bom, changes, etc.
• Role focuses on data loading into Teamcenter as we migrate from Oracle Agile PLM to Teamcenter
• Person will need co‑ordination with multiple teams towards the success of data migration
• Work closely with business users to fix any data migration issues and validate data integrity
• Work with devops and ensure Teamcenter env readiness for loading etc.
• Data Quality Validation — Perform profiling, completeness checks, referential integrity validation, and error triage
• Performance Optimization – Work on making Teamcenter data loading more efficient
• Dry Run & UAT Support — Participate in iterative mock runs, troubleshoot failures, and refine extraction logic.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration — Work with Agile team, Teamcenter team, DBAs, SMEs, and integration teams to align mapping, sequencing, and validation.
• Documentation artifacts, including but not limited to: - Conceptual design and technical design - Technical Impact Assessments - Reviewed and finalized Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
