Qualifications

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to support solution design, user adoption, and continuous platform improvement.

What you need to succeed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) customization and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter data models and PLM processes.
• Experience with Teamcenter development and configuration tools, including BMIDE.
• Knowledge of Java and enterprise application environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Teamcenter migration, modernization, or adoption programs.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations and enterprise system landscapes.
• Teamcenter / Siemens certifications.
• Experience with data migration activities within PLM environments.
• Experience with AI‑enabled solutions.
• German language skills.
