Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Team Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure smooth operations, and deliver memorable customer experiences. You’ll drive execution as the senior on site, making key decisions to keep everything running seamlessly.

You’ll handle customer inquiries, guide Associates, and enforce store policies while overseeing safety, inventory, and cash handling. The role includes flexible shifts and a 4-day work week option, with a competitive hourly range and shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability for weekends and holidays.
• Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and relationship-building skills.

Associates in this position have an exciting opportunity to opt into a 4-day work week, providing more time to balance what matters outside of work. The hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $25.65 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates in this position will receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
