Job summary

Schneider National in Dallas, TX, is seeking Team Dedicated drivers to haul produce in reefer trailers. This role features 100% no-touch freight, 50% drop-and-hook, and 5–6 loads per week with 3–4 stop-offs per load, delivering across AL, LA, OK, TN and TX.

Pay includes mileage plus hourly pay when on duty, a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,000 during the first 90 days, and sign‑on bonuses for experienced or inexperienced drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required.
• Live within 75 miles of Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Haul produce in reefer trailers.
• 100% no-touch freight; 50% drop-and-hook.
• Drive within AL, LA, OK, TN and TX; 5–6 loads per week; 3–4 stop-offs per load.
• Perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs regularly.
