Job summary

Forward is seeking Solo and Team Owner Operators to keep trucks moving with consistent miles and strong earnings. The role emphasizes a premium customer base, no-touch freight, and supportive contractor services across an extensive terminal network.

Solo operators can expect weekly gross in the low thousands with a five-figure annual estimate, while teams can achieve substantially higher weekly miles and six-figure annuals. Sign-on bonuses are available to qualified drivers.

Solo Owner Operators:

• Avg. Weekly Gross: $4,100 - $5,200*/ week
• Avg. Annual Gross: $200,000 - $250,000* yearly estimate
• CPM: $1.31 per loaded mile + fuel surcharge
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Team Owner Operators:

• Avg. Weekly Gross: $12,500 - $13,500* / week
• Avg. Annual Gross: $600,000 - $650,000* yearly estimate
• CPM: $1.55 per loaded mile + fuel surcharge
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 ($5,000 per Driver)

Industry-Leading Weekly Miles:

• Solos: 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week
• Teams: 5,000 - 5,500 miles per week
• Paid on ALL miles - loaded and empty miles
• Fuel surcharge (FSC) paid in addition to mileage rates

Forward Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience
