Job summary

Storage Squad is seeking a Team Operations Manager to support our busy season with hands-on leadership. You’ll coordinate people, schedules, vehicles, and customer service, ensuring smooth daily operations. Previous management or logistics experience helps, but isn’t required.

The role offers seasonal, part-time hours with on-site work, and potential performance-based bonuses. You’ll gain leadership and logistics experience while supporting campus move-in/out operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; physical tasks are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and support seasonal team members.
• Coordinate daily schedules, routes, vehicle rentals, pickups, and deliveries.
• Help oversee shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse organization.
• Communicate with customers, university partners, vendors, and Storage Squad management.
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally and solve problems.
• Help resolve operational challenges and keep projects on schedule.
• Drive company or rental vehicles as needed.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, pickups, and deliveries during peak periods.
• Lead by example and promote a positive, productive team environment.

About the Role

Storage Squad is looking for a Team Operations Manager to join our team during our busy season. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build leadership and operations experience, develop valuable business skills, or supplement their income with seasonal work.

This is a hands‑on role where you'll help coordinate people, schedules, vehicles, logistics, and customer services while working alongside your team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Previous management or logistics experience is helpful, but not required. We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable taking initiative, and enjoys working with people.
