Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• License Registered Nurse in Massachusetts required and Basic Life Support certification.
• 1-3 years related work experience required; new grads considered.
• CPR Certification.
• Strong interpersonal and patient education skills.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate quality clinical management in outpatient practice.
• Assist providers with exams, treatments and procedures as needed.
• Perform telephonic triage and patient education; support care coordination.
• INR management and education for patients on Coumadin.
• Administer vaccines/medications per provider orders and policy.
• Document patient care in EHR; schedule tests/referrals as required.
• Oversee inventory of clinical supplies and supervise MAs/assistants.
