Job summary

Proper Food is a food concept offering freshly handcrafted, wholesome grab-and-go meals at 15 locations in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are opening our 16th location in South San Francisco and seek ROCKSTAR Team Members to join the Proper Food team. Store opens March 3 and training will be in February.

We have part-time and full-time availability with shift times including 7:15 am–3:00 pm, Mon–Fri; part-time shifts 9:00 am–3:00 pm, Mon–Thu. A valid food handlers card is required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Food handlers card required upon hire.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and sharing product knowledge and loyalty program information.
• Processing guest orders through POS.
• Heating orders, brewing coffee, and pouring soup.
• Restocking food and merchandise throughout the day.
• Executing daily & weekly cleaning and operational tasks.
• Delivering catering orders on foot.
• Updating store inventory.
