Job summary

Today Cleaners in Bakersfield, CA is seeking full-time Team Members to join a close-knit, family-owned business known for same-day service and six-day operations. You will interact with customers, handle items with care, and contribute to a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the POS, processing orders, and maintaining shop cleanliness. Prior experience is helpful; bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
• Excellent attention to detail and care with clients' garments.
• Ability to travel locally if required by schedule.
• Experience handling money and transactions.
• Previous industry experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all incoming customers with enthusiasm and courtesy.
• Operate the Point of Sale system, inspect and bag orders, rack and hang clothes, and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Mark-in orders and ensure accurate inventory handling.
• Operate steam pressing machines to remove wrinkles from garments.
• Work with team to deliver same day dry-cleaning and laundry services for customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
