Job Overview

As a Restaurant Crew Member, you will play a vital role in daily restaurant operations, delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate service by greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, and thanking customers.
• Prepare, assemble, and store food ingredients; package orders; ensure accuracy and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment in compliance with sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Support teamwork, communicate with teammates and managers, and accept coaching.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, and move around the restaurant for extended periods.
• Lift and carry items up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
