Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring purpose-driven Team Members to help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting smoothies and retail products that support a healthy lifestyle.

Team Members greet guests, prep ingredients, and perform opening/closing duties while promoting the brand's values. Applicants must be 16 or older and able to work various shifts in the United States.

As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.

What our Team Members Do:

What our Team Members Need to Know:

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude.
• Energetic and dynamic team members who are excited about health and fitness
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Requirements:

• Team Member must be able to constantly operate a blender and POS cashier system.
• Team Member must be able to regularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store.
• Team Member must be able to constantly position self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
• Team Member must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
• Team Member must be able to work various shifts per week, including nights and weekends and some holidays. Our hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
• Team Member must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Team Member must have reliable transportation.
