Job summary

Innovative Heights Knoxville LLC is seeking a part-time Team Member for on-site support at Slick City Action Park in Knoxville. You will deliver friendly guest service, assist with events, and help maintain a safe, organized park environment during flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

We value cheerful, customer-focused individuals who work well in a team and can also operate independently when needed. This role offers opportunities for advancement and park-related perks.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

Tactfully and pleasantly deal with guests

Ensures each guest receives outstanding service

A strong team player will be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

Must be able to work and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.

The willingness to learn, be cheerful, with a positive attitude
