To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a reliable, motivated professional to join our team as a Team Member Services Supervisor. The Team Member Services (TMS) Supervisor is responsible for coaching and providing career development to the staff. This position manages the operational activities of the department in accordance with established policies and procedures. Administrative duties assigned may include daily/weekly/monthly reports. This role also supports the operation in leading the other agents in administrative tasks, such as monitoring phones, maintaining employee personnel files, and payroll processing. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, communication skills, and an advanced ability with Microsoft Excel. This position reports to the Department Manager, Team Member Services.

Essential Duties:
  • Supervise the daily operation of the TMS office
  • Create daily work rosters, database entry, payroll processing
  • Resolve employee questions and document complaints
  • Correct non‑compliant behaviour and implement corrective action as needed
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Guide team members in collaborating with external workgroups to complete projects and tasks
  • Monitor and maintain station employee dependability records and administer corrective action reports
Job Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Previous administrative experience in a busy office environment
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to multi‑task
  • Ability to work independently meeting specified deadlines
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
  • Advanced ability with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success as a team leader with ability to pre‑plan
  • Experience in conflict resolution and de‑escalation
  • Prior experience with internal controls processes for accountable items
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer skills to include QIK, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Roster Apps, Workday, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of basic airport procedures and fundamental job requirements for gate and ramp agents
  • Current Piedmont employee with a minimum six (6) months of service
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, corrective action forms, and delegation of administrative tasks
  • Standard office environment, use of telephones, computers, and other office equipment
Physical Requirements:

Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds

Starting Rate:

$17.50/Hourly
