Responsibilities include researching and identifying valuable items, organizing estate sales events, providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring sales areas are clean and well organized.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or estate sales preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess item value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of antiques and collectibles is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability.
