Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members to be at the heart of the restaurant, delivering exceptional guest service and helping create a fun, positive atmosphere. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare menu items, and ensure quality and timeliness in a fast-paced setting.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels.
