Job summary

Popeyes in Glendale, AZ is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly guest service, prepare delicious menu items, and help create a fun, fast-paced dining environment.

As a Team Member, you will greet guests, take orders, cook signature items, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and assist with deliveries as needed. Training provided; opportunities for growth exist within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards.
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior.
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals.
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry items (up to 30-50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.

What You'll Do
