Job summary

Popeyes is hiring Team Members in Longmont, Colorado. You will be at the heart of the restaurant, greeting guests, taking orders, and helping prepare signature menu items in a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

No prior experience is required—training is provided. We value flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offer opportunities for growth, especially for full-time staff who enjoy a stable, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude, ensuring they feel welcome
• Take guest orders accurately and operate the cash register efficiently
• Prepare and cook Popeyes signature menu items according to brand standards
• Ensure all food is fresh, properly presented, and delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior
• Stock supplies and keep workstations organized and clean
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily operational goals
• Assist with deliveries, inventory, and other back-of-house tasks as needed
• Lift and carry items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 30-50 lbs]) and stand for extended periods
