Job summary

7 Leaves Cafe in Phoenix is seeking a Team Member to enhance the customer experience, prepare beverages consistently, and maintain a clean, welcoming store. This onsite position starts at 10-15 hours per week with potential for additional hours based on performance. Pay is $15.00 per hour plus bonus.

About the Role:

In this role, the Team Member will focus on the overall customer experience by providing extraordinary customer service, preparing efficient, consistent, and quality beverages, and providing a clean and well-maintained store environment.

This position starts with 10-15 hours/week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.

Salary Range: $15.00 per hour + BONUS (Non-Exempt)

Job Responsibilities:

• Interacting with our customers effectively and empathetically to grasp their needs through clear communication.


• Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions.


• Consistently prepare high-quality products based company's recipes and each customer's needs


• Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills


• Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)


• Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift


• Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members


• Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
