Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a part-time Team Member to bring our next-generation underwear, loungewear, and shapewear to life in-store. You will greet customers, share product stories, and deliver an elevated shopping experience aligned with our mission and values.

Requirements include weekend availability, ability to close shifts, and a passion for helping others. You will thrive in a fast-paced premium retail environment, collaborating with a team to meet store goals and maintain operational standards.

Qualifications

• Availability: Weekdays and Weekends including Saturday and Sunday
• At least 14 hours across Saturday and Sunday
• At least one closing shift on Saturday or Sunday
• Available for 3 closing shifts
• Must be 18 years or older
• Passion for customer service and helping others

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and intention to create personalized, elevated experiences.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support each customer.

The Team Member role is responsible for bringing SKIMS to life for our customers. You foster a positive environment while delivering an exceptional store experience. You are customer focused, enjoy serving others, and are passionate about our product. Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, poise, and intention. With a Customer Obsessed mindset, you create inclusive, personalized, and elevated experiences that reflect our mission and values.
• Learn our product stories, sizing, and fit so you can confidently and thoughtfully support each customer and build trust. Your product knowledge helps turn first-time visitors into loyal customers!
• Use elevated body language, professional tone, and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel, even in a fast paced, high traffic environment.
• Stay focused and aware during busy peak hours, keeping the floor stocked, clean, and organized. You bring Operational Excellence by moving with urgency and efficiency, while keeping the customer experience as the top priority.
• Leverage our company tools, resources, and the support of your team. When things change or challenges come up, you remain calm, clear, and prioritize the customer.

Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role.
• A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn and grow! Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities.
• Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

• Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
