Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Bayside, NY is seeking a Team Member to support guest service, cake finishing, and frosting in a busy bakery environment. You will be cross-trained to assist across the shop and help create memorable experiences for guests.

Training in Levittown prior to opening; flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow within a fun, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising

Location: Nothing Bundt Cakes (Training will take place in Levittown prior to new bakery opening)
