Job summary

7 Leaves Cafe is seeking a Team Member in Monrovia, CA. This on-site role starts at 10-15 hours per week with a pay range of $18.00–$19.50 per hour and non-exempt status. You will deliver friendly customer service, prepare beverages per our recipes, handle transactions, and maintain a clean store environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and able to lift up to 45 lbs. Weekend availability is required, and the role offers flexible scheduling, crew support, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
• Proficiency in basic math skills.
• Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
• Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

This position starts with 10-15 hours/week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serving our customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
• Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
• Consistently prepare high-quality products precisely to company's recipes and each customer's needs
• Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)
• Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
• Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
• Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
• Developing a familiarity with all drink recipes and ratios, including the measurements utilized in the design of our cups
