Team Members are responsible for preparing and serving smoothies, consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right vitamins and nutritional supplements to help them reach health and fitness goals, and ensuring guest satisfaction while following store policy.

Responsibilities

• Making custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way”
• Friendly upselling of nutritional supplements and vitamins
• Maintain health and food safety standards
• Provide guests with information regarding products
• Open and close checklists include cleaning, prepping, and organizing for future shifts
• Provide the best TOTAL experience to guests

Qualifications

• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude
• Energetic and dynamic individuals excited about health and fitness
• Ability to work with staff to accomplish goals
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to follow procedures and comply with dress code requirements
• Food service experience preferred but not required
• Commission sales experience helpful
• Must be punctual

• Ability to manage personal time effectively
• Genuine care and understanding for people’s needs
• Must be able to read order tickets to prepare smoothies
• Prior retail sales experience in Nutrition/Fitness is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Ability to tolerate exposure to fresh, dried and/or frozen products, and powders safely
