Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Team Member

• Front‑Line Employee – provide exceptional care on the ground.
• Perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery, including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning and edging.
• Must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35–80 pounds often.
• Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

Job Requirements for Maintenance Team Member

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
• If you don’t already have experience, you must be willing to complete training within 6 months.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $14.00 to $18.00 per hour and is dependent on your experience as a lawncare or landscaping professional. Benefits package varies by location. Desired Experience: 0‑1 year. Employment Type: Part Time & Full Time.
