Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Landscape Technician to join our outdoor crew in Flower Mound, TX. You’ll perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding and pruning, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

We offer $17–$20/hour depending on experience, uniforms, flexible hours, health insurance, and regular overtime. No weekend work required – have your Saturdays back and grow with opportunities to move into crew lead roles as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (we will train the right person).
• Ability to work in heat, cold, and rain.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and perform physical work daily.
• Ability to commute to Roanoke, TX

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, and pruning.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift and handle equipment/materials (35–80 lbs regularly).
• Keep equipment clean and ready for the next day.
• Deliver clean, high-quality work so we don’t have to redo jobs.
