Job summary

Jamba is hiring entry-level TEAM MEMBERS to join the family. You will greet customers, take orders, and help keep the store clean and welcoming. Training is provided to ensure you grow with the team and deliver top-notch service.

You’ll participate in a fast-paced environment, supporting a healthy lifestyle brand while gaining hands-on experience with POS systems and customer care. Compensation starts at minimum wage with opportunities to learn and advance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assist customers quickly and courteously.
• Basic math and cash handling skills are preferred.

What We’re Looking For:

• Age 16+ (Worker’s Permit required if under 18)
• 0–1 year experience in food service or retail (we’ll train you!)
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move around during shifts
• Comfort working in cold environments (walk‑in fridge/freezer)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to taste‑test products for quality
• Cash handling and customer service skills preferred
• English comprehension for instructions and communication

Bonus Points For:

• High school diploma or currently attending school
• Tech‑savvy with POS systems, smartphones, and tablets
• Familiarity with food industry or nutrition terms (not required, but cool!)
