Job summary

Chuze Fitness in Highlands Ranch, CO is hiring a part-time front desk team member. You will warmly greet members, guide tours, manage sign-ups, and help maintain a spotless gym environment while handling POS tasks and member inquiries.

Expect a dynamic shift mix, opportunities for training, and perks including a free gym membership and access to CPR and first aid courses. Must be able to read, write, and speak clear English.

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid, AED Training (if applicable)
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide membership information and facilitate tours
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is clean
• Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
• Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed
• Review and complete training materials in the LMS
• Maintain knowledge of amenities, memberships, fitness programs, and equipment
• Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring quality standards
• Attend and participate in team meetings
• Work PT closing shifts: M-Th 12:30 AM, Fri 10 PM, Sat & Sun 8:30 PM

Job Description

Pay Range: $18.00 - $19.37 / hour

As a valued team member, you’ll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests
• Provide membership information and facilitate tours
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean
• Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns
• Assist with billing issues and disputes and elevate to leadership when needed
• Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions
• Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
• Work a PT closing schedule with a combination of nights: closing shifts M-Th 12:30 AM, Fri 10PM and SA & Sun 8:30PM

Physical requirements:

• Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
• Touring the gym: walking and climbing stairs
• Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
• Standing for long periods
• Computer operations
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
