• Uses POS system to record orders and compute the bill, collects payment, and makes change.
• Performs Cash-In Procedure, accounting for money and bread during the shift.
• Prepares food neatly according to formula and in a timely manner.
• Restocks items to ensure sufficient supply throughout the shift.
• Adheres to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintains a clean restaurant and follows the 3-step cleaning method.
• Adheres to Subway Operations Manual’s quality standards and procedures.
• Maintains professional appearance and grooming as outlined.
• Performs light paperwork duties as assigned.
