What You Will Do

• Create a welcoming experience for every guest from the moment they walk in
• Learn our menu and confidently recommend smoothies, bowls, food items, and add‑ons based on guest goals
• Prepare orders accurately, quickly, and with attention to presentation
• Keep the lobby, restrooms, equipment, workstations, and storage areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Complete prep, stocking, cleaning, and reset tasks during slow periods without needing constant reminders
• Support teammates, communicate professionally, and stay calm during busy rushes
• Follow food‑safety, cash‑handling, and operational standards
• Represent the purpose and reputation of Smoothie King Longmont every shift
