Chick-fil-A Mobile Hwy. is hiring Back of House Team Members in Pensacola. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely to Chick-fil-A standards while learning all kitchen stations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and positive guest service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are 18+, able to work a 5:00pm–2:00am schedule Monday–Saturday, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Availability: Monday-Saturday, 5:00pm-2:00am.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Know the assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep).
• Stock kitchen inventory and keep area neat and tidy at all times.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and changes from Chick-fil-A.
• Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Complete in-house training to maintain knowledge of procedures.
• Finish opening or closing tasks as assigned and adhere to dress code.
