Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking team members at its Virginia Beach location to educate customers on the Unlimited Wash Club and deliver exceptional service. You will greet customers, ensure 100% satisfaction, and perform quality checks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Role involves standing throughout shifts, working weekends, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Training, uniforms, and growth opportunities are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educating customers on the Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain quality control through checks.
• Comply with safety SOPs and protocols.
• Address customer escalations calmly.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS).
• Pitch membership to customers.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Perform related duties as required.

Where Clean Cars Begin: Your Role

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club

• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
