About the Role

• Cross‑train across all systems in the restaurant, including kitchen, prep, cleaning, and front counter responsibilities.
• Be on time and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Perform tasks as trained, meeting the pace set by your supervisors.
• Communicate clearly and work together as part of the team.
• Maintain trustworthiness and uphold safety regulations and health code expectations.

Kitchen work: prepare, cook, grill, fry, sauce, bag, and season all menu items using traditional restaurant equipment.

Prep work: prepare and portion recipes, products, and finished items for use in the kitchen or front counter.

Cleaning: clean and organize equipment, facilities, products, dishes, and materials to keep a neat and well‑maintained working and dining space.

Front counter responsibilities: take and deliver orders to in‑store or takeout guests or vendors, collect payment through proper cash handling practices, and delight guests through all ordering channels with a focus on hospitality.
