Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments, and addresses issues.
• Uses POS devices and suggests add-ons to increase sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders and prepares food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen areas, counters, prep zones and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Works with management to resolve restaurant issues.
• Learns teamwork skills and supports achieving team goals.
