Job summary

Chick-fil-A Howland is hiring team members for both full-time and part-time roles. The best candidates are positive, diligent, and aligned with our store’s vision and culture. Positions involve guest service, food preparation, basic drive-thru operations, and ensuring a clean, safe dining environment.

Availability between 11am and 11pm is preferred. Compensation reflects both limited and open availability, with full-time pay at $13/hr for limited availability and $14/hr for open availability,

We are currently seeking REMARKable Team Members for Full-timeandPart-time positions. Our greatest opportunities exist between 11am and 11pm, so applicants with that availability.

A Chick-fil-A team member performs guest service and food preparation duties. Guest service job duties include greeting customers, taking customer orders, completing transactions on the cash register, fulfilling orders, face-to-face ordering in drive thru and providing second mile service to our dining room guests. Food preparation duties constitute kitchen prep, kitchen cook, kitchen line assembly and catering prep. Additional team member duties include unloading deliveries, maintaining a clean store environment and adheres to all safety policies and health regulations.
