Job summary

Wendy's in Baton Rouge is seeking Crew Members to join a fast-paced, high-energy team. You’ll help with customer service, food preparation, and cash handling while enjoying flexible part-time scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Training is provided to ensure you’re ready to deliver great food and service; over 80% of managers started as Crew Members, with paths to more responsibilities as positions open.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Dependable and have a great smile.
• A positive attitude; you always pitch in and help your fellow crew and customers.

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill.
