Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Wisconsin is seeking Team Members to provide an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Roles include front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, with opportunities for development and advancement within the independent Owner/Operator model.

Starting pay varies by role: full-time $11.00–$13.00 per hour, part-time $8.50–$10.50 per hour, with $2.20 extra per hour during training. Sundays closed and flexible scheduling offered.

Position Type: Team Member

• Full-time Starting Pay $11.00-13.00
• Part-time Starting Pay $8.50-10.50
• Part-time Opener or Closer $11.00
• Earn an additional $2.20 per hour as training is completed

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
