Job summary

Dandy-Mini-Mart is hiring TEAM Members for a fast, fun retail environment in Pennsylvania. The role includes customer service, cashier duties, food preparation, and store maintenance. 3rd shift differential pay is available. You can grow with a family-owned store that values community and teamwork.

Ideal for individuals 16+ with a willingness to learn; prior retail or food service experience is a plus but not required. Stand and lift requirements apply; training provided.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 10–20 pounds, with occasional 50 pounds.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Service: Work as a TEAM to provide excellent customer service for all guests.
• Cashier Duties: Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently as a clerk/cashier.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve quality food and beverage items while following proper food safety and food preparation procedures.
• Convenience Store Maintenance: Restock products and maintain a clean and tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas.
• And more as assigned.
