Job summary

Dandy is hiring TEAM Members for its Troy, PA location to deliver fast, friendly customer service while prepping food and maintaining a clean store environment.

You will work as part of a team to handle transactions, assist guests, restock shelves, and ensure safety standards are met. Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, and benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in retail, cashier, food prep, or convenience store is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10–20 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer Service: Work as a TEAM to provide excellent customer service for all guests.
• Cashier Duties: Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently as a clerk/cashier.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve quality food and beverage items while following proper food safety and food preparation procedures.
• Convenience Store Maintenance: Restock products and maintain a clean and tidy appearance throughout the retail store and work areas.
