Job summary

Continental Carbonic Products is hiring a Manufacturing Team Member for our Clearfield, PA plant to support productivity, quality, and safety across the operation.

Typical shifts run 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 3.5 days per week (40 hours); exact days depend on shift assignment.

Starting wage is $20 per hour with a $2 per hour night shift differential, plus benefits such as paid vacation, holidays, 401k with company match, and group insurance.

Qualifications

• Able to frequently/continually lift 30lbs while twisting, reaching and bending
• Able to stand for a 12-hour shift in non-climate-controlled environment
• Demonstrated ability to work on a team
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Packing and wrapping ice to customer specifics
• Shoveling and packaging dry ice during the manufacturing process
• Labeling, strapping, and staging of dry ice for loading
• Cleaning and sanitizing large industrial containers
• Safe forklift operation
• General industrial housekeeping activities
• Safety for yourself and others
• Observation of 5s Safety Principles
• Other manufacturing/production-related duties as assigned

MANUFACTURING TEAM MEMBER - CLEARFIELD, PA

Continental Carbonic is looking for Team Members for our manufacturing plant in Clearfield, PA. Our Team Members are responsible for providing support to achieve optimal levels of productivity, quality, and safety. Typical hours are either 7AM-7PM OR 7PM-7AM, 3.5 days a week (40 hours) -exact days depend on shift assignment.
