Express Wash Concepts’ Clean Express Auto Wash in Medina, OH is hiring a Team Member. Earn starting pay of $15.00/hour with room to advance as you learn the business. As a Team Member, you’ll deliver friendly customer service, upsell Unlimited Wash Club packages, and educate customers on benefits.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, stand and move throughout the site, and contribute to a fast-paced team. We offer paid vacation, uniforms, and ongoing training to help you grow into leadership

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand/move throughout the site in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Your workday will also consist of, but not be limited to:* Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club* Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.* Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.* Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.* Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.* Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.* Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)* Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.* Learn the wash process and equipment to expand the knowledgebase.* Perform other related duties as required and assigned. **What You’ll Need to Shine*** High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.* Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.* Work outdoors in all weather conditions.* Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.* Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.* Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.
