Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is hiring for an entry-level team member at $15.00 per hour in Delmont, PA. The role emphasizes customer care, safety, and learning the wash process while offering clear growth paths from entry-level to leadership positions.

Employees receive ongoing training, paid vacation, uniforms, and membership in the Unlimited Wash Club as part of a comprehensive benefits package. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.
• Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Pitch our membership when interacting with new customers.

Where Clean Cars Begin:

• Educating our customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through long-lasting first impressions.

• Understand and operate basic functional retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.)
